FSE (Funding Solutions Experts) is seeking high-performing outbound sales professionals for a 100% commission-based position with a path to team leadership.
The Position
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours of outbound sales activity
- Target business owners and pitch high-level funding solutions
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Progress to Team Lead role by hitting targets and building your own sales pod
- Earn percentage overrides on team deals
Requirements
- Flawless, commanding business English and communication skills
- Consistent work ethic with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to handle high-volume dialing and closing high-stakes deals
- Resilience and ability to convert rejection into results
