FSE (Funding Solutions Experts) is seeking high-performing outbound sales professionals for a 100% commission-based position with a path to team leadership.

The Position

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours of outbound sales activity
• Target business owners and pitch high-level funding solutions
• Build and manage your sales pipeline
• Progress to Team Lead role by hitting targets and building your own sales pod
• Earn percentage overrides on team deals

• Flawless, commanding business English and communication skills
• Consistent work ethic with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to handle high-volume dialing and closing high-stakes deals
• Resilience and ability to convert rejection into results
