The Role
The Healthcare Analyst reports to the Biomedical Informatics Manager and plays a critical role in transforming complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights. Working across claims, clinical, and member data domains, this individual contributes to analytical work that informs operational and clinical decision-making. This role supports ad hoc analytical deep dives, validates data quality, and builds a foundation in how data flows through the organization. While this position is fully remote, you must be able to work 8:30am – 5pm in the Central time zone.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with analysts to evaluate data needs and define analytical approaches for assigned projects.
- Contribute to analyses that inform operational and clinical decision-making.
- Work with relational databases to query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets, including claims, clinical, and member data.
- Support the development of descriptive, classification, and predictive algorithms to support clinical operations workflows.
- Bring curiosity and analytical thoroughness to ongoing team efforts and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties consistent with this role, as assigned.
