Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Architect to serve as Head of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting. You will lead the evolution of our financial reporting function during a period of significant institutional scaling. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations while resolving complex accounting issues tied to novel digital asset products.

- Build and maintain a definitive 'source of truth' within a complex, high-velocity trading environment
- Lead technical accounting initiatives and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
- Resolve complex accounting issues related to digital asset products
