The Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Sales who embodies a true "Player-Coach" mindset. This is a rare opportunity for a high-agency leader to be the architect of their own success. You won’t just inherit a sales machine; you will build it.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to drive immediate impact by managing key strategic accounts directly ("The Player"), while simultaneously building the inclusive, data-driven infrastructure that will support our future sales team ("The Coach").
What You Will Champion
- Direct Revenue Impact: You will personally lead our most critical engagements, building trust with founders and CTOs to secure high-value partnerships. You thrive on the energy of connecting with customers and closing complex agreements.
- Strategic Architecture: You will design the "Immunefi Sales Engine" from the ground up. This includes creating equitable hiring rubrics, transparent pricing models, and inclusive sales playbooks that enable future team members to succeed.
- Market Intelligence: You will act as the bridge between the market and our Product team. You will translate client feedback into actionable insights, helping us refine our offerings.
- Culture Building: You will be the voice of Revenue within the leadership team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
Success Profile (Who You Are)
- A Builder at Heart: You have experience scaling sales functions from the "Zero-to-One" phase. You enjoy the creative challenge of building AI-powered sales systems as much as you enjoy the art of negotiation. You use AI tools to automate prospecting, enrich pipeline intelligence, and compress what would take a team into what one exceptional operator can.
