About the role
Role Overview
AI Digital is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales Enablement to build and lead our Sales Enablement function from the ground up. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for creating the systems, processes, training, and content that enable our Growth team to sell more effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales enablement strategy
- Implement the right technology stack to support sales enablement
- Create certification programs to ensure consistent sales performance
- Develop training materials and sales collateral
- Partner closely with Growth, Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Client Success teams

- An experienced leader who enjoys building from scratch
- A hands-on executor who can roll up their sleeves and deliver while building a scalable organization
- Skilled at equipping sales teams to understand products, tell compelling stories, handle objections confidently, and deliver world-class product demos
