Head of People Analytics & Innovation

About the Role

As the Head of People Analytics & Innovation, you will build and lead ZoomInfo's people analytics function from the ground up. Reporting to the SVP of Organizational Effectiveness, you will own the end-to-end analytics strategy for HR.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered tools, predictive and prescriptive models, dashboards, and research that drive executive decision-making on talent, workforce planning, and employee experience
• Set the vision for what we build, write the code to build it, and hire and develop a small, high-performing team
