About the role

Accountabilities

    • Develop and own the North American field marketing strategy and annual plan, aligning investments, resources, priorities, industries, and target accounts with commercial and growth objectives.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team supporting sales leaders across multiple industries.
    • Drive brand awareness, market positioning, demand generation, pipeline creation, customer engagement, and measurable marketing ROI across the region.
    • Partner closely with sales, client partners, industry leaders, and global marketing teams to identify target accounts, market opportunities, campaign priorities, and growth initiatives.
    • Design and execute integrated marketing programs combining digital campaigns, events, content, account-based marketing, partner marketing, and executive engagement.
    • Develop and scale ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many models, including account selection, activation, personalized content, and sales alignment.
    • Lead the strategy and execution of regional, industry, partner, and global events, including executive roundtables, C-suite experiences, and client events.
    • Measure event performance through attendance, engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI, using insights to continuously improve future programs.
    • Support client advocacy initiatives, thought leadership, client stories, PR activities, social amplification, and other programs that strengthen market reputation and customer relationships.
    • Act as a strategic marketing advisor to sales teams, helping improve lead conversion and supporting the progression of qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
    • Track and analyze marketing performance using CRM and marketing automation platforms, monitoring MQLs, SQLs, campaign engagement, opportunity conversion, generated pipeline, influenced pipeline, and event ROI.
    • Prepare regular performance reports, identify optimization opportunities, and use data to guide marketing investment and decision-making.
    • Manage regional marketing budgets and coordinate external agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners to ensure high-quality delivery within budget and procurement requirements.
    • Champion marketing innovation, best practices, and AI-enabled execution across the regional and global marketing communities.
    • Requirements

      • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
      • Demonstrated success leading marketing functions within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, professional services, or similar B2B environments.
      • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, executive-level events, demand-generation initiatives, and sales-aligned marketing programs.
      • Strong track record of partnering with sales organizations to generate pipeline, improve conversion, and support revenue growth.
      • Experience leading and developing marketing teams, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
      • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing and experience with 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM approaches.
      • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable technologies.
      • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
      • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, regions, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.
      • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
      • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
      • Experience working within a global marketing organization and collaborating across international teams is advantageous.
      • Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled marketing practices and the ability to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
      • Must be located on the U.S. East Coast and able to work within the EST time zone.
      • Willingness and ability to attend client meetings, corporate offices, industry events, and other business engagements as required.
      • For business travel and event attendance, ability to travel as needed and meet applicable physical and driving requirements.
