About the role
Challenges that await you
- Define and own the long-term iOS engineering strategy
- Lead and develop a team of senior engineers, tech leads
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the iOS platform
- Establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality processes across teams
- Build and evolve a modern mobile technology stack and development ecosystem
- Continuously improve engineering productivity through automation, tooling, and CI/CD improvements
- Partner with product and design leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Support organizational growth through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning
- Enable multiple product teams to move independently while maintaining platform consistency
- Balance technical investments with business priorities and delivery goals
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in mobile development environments
- Strong hands-on background in iOS development and modern Apple technologies
- Experience managing senior engineers, tech leads, or engineering managers
- Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and maintainable mobile platforms
- Experience building or scaling engineering organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong delivery and execution mindset combined with strategic thinking
- Experience improving engineering productivity through automation and process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence technical and organizational decisions across multiple teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and taking ownership end to end
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
