Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Head of AI & Strategic Innovation to lead our transition into an AI-First Software Factory. In this role, you will not only be an expert in the latest Generative AI stack but also a strategic architect of how we work, how we sell, and how we deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Department and drive the evolution of our software development lifecycle from manual coding to Spec-Driven Development
• Optimize every internal area (from Sales to HR) through intelligent automation
• Work directly with the C-suite and Tech Leads to ensure our offering remains at the forefront of the industry
• Transform AI complexity into competitive advantages for our clients
