HEY HOLY is a rapidly growing e-commerce and DTC subscription company focused on taking dog health to the next level through breed-specific, functional nutrition developed with veterinarians. Currently serving over 20,000 dogs with a team of 20 people scaling to over 40 by end of 2026.
Role Overview
Head of Influencer Marketing role focused on taking the influencer channel to new heights, owning both classic influencer marketing and partnership ads with high-performing creators.
Responsibilities
- Own the influencer channel end-to-end, including strategy definition, operational priorities, and building the operating model to scale profitable new-customer growth
- Lead the execution engine from creator seeding and contracting (fixed fee and commission-based) to briefing, content planning, analysis, and optimization
- Manage both classic influencer marketing and partnership ads amplified via paid social channels
- Steer budget allocation and forecasting with data-driven decisions based on key KPIs such as reach, CPM, CTR, CVR, new customers, and CAC
- Provide clear guidelines to the team for creator search, selection, investments, and scaling opportunities
- Lead weekly performance analyses
