Role Overview

Head of Growth sits between the creative engine and core product, owning the journey from initial curiosity through product experience. This is a high-autonomy growth systems role focused on converting curious clicks into committed subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of landing pages, quizzes, and checkout flows from first click to first payment
• Architect the story, psychology, and monetization logic for conversion optimization
• Oversee funnel performance and monetization strategy
