Role Overview : This role exists to build on the strong design foundation already in place at Jimdo and help evolve it further as the company scales, changes focus to a multiproduct platform, and our AI capabilities mature. As Head of Design, you will lead and develop our Product Design function, with a focus on simplicity, usability, and customer outcomes for solopreneurs and micro-businesses. You will ensure design is deeply embedded in how we understand customer problems, shape product strategy, and deliver coherent experiences across the customer lifecycle working closely with our VP of Product & Design on building out this vision.
