What you will do

• Lead the technical team from Neural Concept to ensure a successful implementation of the NC platform
• Structure the technical collaborations to ensure short- and long-term value, by engaging with the internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with key clients and act as the point of contact and reference with their leadership for all delivery-related strategic discussions
• Engage with senior leadership within our clients to align delivery strategy and roadmap with their goals and needs
• Oversee the entire collaboration lifecycle, from initial deployment to large-scale enterprise adoption
• Ensure that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality
• Work with the Account Manager on client success initiatives
