The Mission
As Binance's Global Head of AI, you will architect and lead the intelligence layer of the world's largest crypto ecosystem. You'll drive cutting-edge R&D and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI — creating adaptive, trustworthy, and creative AI systems that empower millions globally. You will define how AI and Web3 merge — where identity, creativity, and ownership coexist in a new data economy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Binance's AI and Algorithm organization — a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators
- Define and execute the AI strategy, uniting personalisation, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision
- Drive end-to-end innovation in three strategic areas: Personalized Binance, intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading guidance, community discovery, and personalized experiences
