  • Move between multiple labs and tasks throughout the day to support engineering teams
  • Independently identify and execute the highest priority tasks in a fast-paced lab environment

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Strong hands-on experience with 3D printing, including machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and material handling
  • Experience using shop tools such as saws, drill presses, sanders, and other fabrication equipment
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, ideally including multirotors, RC aircraft, or similar systems
  • Experience setting up or improving lab or shop environments (e.g., mounting equipment, building workstations, organizing shared spaces)
  • Comfortable working on your feet and moving between multiple tasks and locations throughout the day
  • Ability to proactively identify and execute the highest priority work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with general lab operations, including consumables management and maintenance routines
  • Experience with machining tools such as manual or CNC mills is a plus
  • Basic experience with soldering, wiring, or cable harnessing is a plus
  • Experience with CAD tools such as Fusion is a plus
  • Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days of employment start
