JumpCloud is Intelligent, Secure IT. About the Role: As the GTM Strategy Program Manager, you will own the Commercial Segment end-to-end. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will define the role’s impact, identify cross-functional gaps, synthesize data, and present a coordinated commercial strategy to senior leadership. You will serve as the single source of truth for segment performance, providing critical insights, acting as the primary strategic advisor.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead alignment of commercial segment across Sales, Marketing, PMM, and Product to build a unified tactical direction

• Proactively identify execution and strategy gaps between region-based sales execution and segment-based corporate targets

• Independently pull own metrics, construct custom reports, and synthesize complex multi-functional datasets without relying on a support team

• Design and present comprehensive, data-backed updates regarding segment performance director to C-level executives and senior leadership

• Oversee cross-functional preparation for Board meetings

What We're Looking for:

• Deep knowledge within the identity/access management space

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of taking complex concepts down to structured outputs entirely independently

• Robust understanding of customer motions, sales operations, and how to effectively translate product value propositions into market strategy

• Heavily proficient in leveraging modern generative AI tools (such as Claude) to accelerate operations, automate processes, and operate at high output level

• This is a highly active role requiring heavy data manipulation and direct execution

• Exceptional operational, organizational and communication skills.

• Executive level presentation creation and delivery skills

• Demonstrated expertise executing on clear and diligent follow-up and communication at the most senior levels, both internally and externally

• Proactive approach to spotting potential issues and solving problems.
