About the role

Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate to work directly with the Head of Talent Growth as a strategic partner and execution lead. This role will act as a Chief of Staff for Growth — helping define priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure that key growth initiatives across both developers (Supply) and customers (Demand) translate into measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, serving as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the demand and supply growth roadmap in partnership with the Head of Talent Growth.
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across Demand and Supply verticals.
  • Own growth operations, including funnel optimization, automation initiatives, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Lead cross-functional programs across product-led, operations-led, and marketing-led growth initiatives.
  • Drive structured problem-solving: define hypotheses, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Build and track growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting for monthly business reviews.
  • Improve the quality and effectiveness of growth funnels, systems, and processes.
  • Operate hands-on across analytics, marketing technology, strategy, and execution as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or consulting; experience working with aggressive growth targets or OKRs preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with data, extract insights, and translate them into execution plans. SQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-structuring and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership.
  • Clear communicator who can align teams, set expectations, and hold owners accountable.

Nice-to-Have

  • Engineering or STEM background.
  • Exposure to product management or product-led growth.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Technical familiarity and prior experience collaborating with engineers.
  • Experience with Tier 1 Consulting firms, startups, IBD
