The Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Bluff's player acquisition channels.
This role is responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling growth opportunities across influencers, affiliates, SEO, and emerging channels. You will operate with a strong experimental mindset, continuously testing new ideas, measuring performance, and doubling down on what works.
This is not a traditional marketing ops role. You are a growth operator, focused on driving efficient user acquisition and building scalable channels that deliver long-term value.
