Growth Marketing Lead (SaaS) - Remote

Overview

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Currently working at a SaaS based organisation
• Experience owning a marketing channel, campaign, or function end-to-end
• Strong experience managing a content calendar
• Hands-on experience with partnership outreach and relationship management
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to create and improve marketing content without relying on AI
• Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Understanding of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels
• Comfortable using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical thinking with an experimentation mindset
• Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
• Available during IST working hours

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SARAL's content strategy and editorial calendar
• Collaborate with writers, SEO consultants, and internal stakeholders to publish high-quality content
• Build and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships
• Drive co-marketing campaigns, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter collaborations
• Optimize website conversion through continuous CRO experiments
• Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring, and funnel efficiency
• Launch, measure, and iterate growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels
• Track growth metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
• Own projects from idea to execution while being accountable for business outcomes
