About the role
Overview
Own growth end-to-end across content, partnerships, website CRO, and growth experiments. If you enjoy building from scratch, moving fast, and taking ownership of outcomes, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Currently working at a SaaS based organisation
- Experience owning a marketing channel, campaign, or function end-to-end
- Strong experience managing a content calendar
- Hands-on experience with partnership outreach and relationship management
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to create and improve marketing content without relying on AI
- Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels
- Comfortable using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical thinking with an experimentation mindset
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Available during IST working hours
Responsibilities
- Own and manage SARAL's content strategy and editorial calendar
- Collaborate with writers, SEO consultants, and internal stakeholders to publish high-quality content
- Build and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships
- Drive co-marketing campaigns, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter collaborations
- Optimize website conversion through continuous CRO experiments
- Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring, and funnel efficiency
- Launch, measure, and iterate growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels
- Track growth metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Own projects from idea to execution while being accountable for business outcomes
