The Role

Growth Manager to scale the affiliate programme. Own strategy and execution, and manage relationships with high-value partners. Reports to Head of Partnerships and is critical to customer acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

• Grow partner and affiliate program - recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with partners across multiple channels
• Identify and activate high-value traffic sources including affiliate networks, community channels, influencers, and more
• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for quality player acquisition
• Work closely with internal teams on campaign execution and optimization
