Responsibilities

• Execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local and central stakeholders to ensure business objectives (KPIs) are met
• Drive and lead growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE (including Balkans) targeting users' stickiness and platform ecosystem usage
• Focus on Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Active Users Growth Hacks via Retention, Reactivation, and Stickiness
• Establish marketing best practices including segmentation and A/B testing strategies using data-driven insights
• Measure, understand, and report critical metrics progress to regional management and Central Leaders
• Develop marketing strategies aimed at maximizing long-term client value through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and optimal product combinations
