Growth Director

About the Role

As Growth Director at AI Digital, you will drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with regional agencies and brands through consultative, cross-platform media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of regional agency and brand partners by leveraging your existing network and developing new strategic relationships.
• Expand client investment by introducing broader cross-platform media solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Help clients move beyond single-platform buying by offering tailored media strategies across CTV, video, display, audio, retail media, and other digital channels.
• Position AI Digital as a strategic partner rather than a platform vendor.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within your territory, proactively prospect priority accounts, and build a healthy pipeline of mid-market advertisers and agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and long-term account growth.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Client Services, and Operations teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Represent AI Digital at local market, regional, and industry events, including networking functions, trade shows, client events, and community organizations.
