Responsibilities

• Collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats.
• Analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, annotate design errors, assess typography and color usage, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Highly skilled graphic design professional with deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development.
• Fluency with industry-standard design software is required, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related work is valuable, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus.
• Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are also beneficial.
• Clear communication, strong creative judgment, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Benefits

• Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
