Graphic Designer

About The Work

• Design high-impact graphics and visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Create compelling, on-brand visuals for trending sports topics - breaking news, standout performances, trending sports moments and betting updates
• Edit and produce short-form video content, memes and viral videos
• Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts quickly and effectively
• Translate ideas, stats, and narratives into visually engaging designs that drive fan engagement
• Stay on top of sports news, trends, memes, and pop culture to create timely and relevant content
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing creative boundaries

About You

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sports, media, or digital content)
• Strong design skills across typography, layout, color, image retouching, and content composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
• Experience designing visual content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain creative ideas
• Deep knowledge of sports and an understanding of how fans engage with sports content online
• Genuine love of pop culture, social media trends and online humour
• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail
• Someone who moves quickly and thrives under tight deadlines
• A team player who is collaborative, responds well to feedback and is motivated to grow

Nice To Have

• Prior experience in sports media, sports betting, or a fast-paced content environment
• Motion graphics, illustration and/or animation
