XPUP was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves. What started in 2018 as a grassroots initiative in Tbilisi has evolved into a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 alumni. In 2023, we partnered with Tether to take our mission global, expanding access to practical, career-boosting education for learners everywhere. Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer at XPUP, you will play a crucial role in our expansion into Kazakh market. We are seeking a talented and creative individual who can produce visually stunning and innovative designs across various digital and print media. Your work will help shape our brand's visual identity and support our marketing and communication efforts. The candidate must be a resident of Kazakhstan.
Main Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning and innovative designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Coordinate with the Content Creation team.
- Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement new design techniques to keep the company’s visuals fresh and engaging.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all designs are high-quality and error-free.
- Conduct thorough reviews and proofing before final delivery.
