Golang Development Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Core Development: Participate in the design and development of backend systems, utilizing Go to build high-performance and high-concurrency microservices.
• System Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, analyze system bottlenecks, and drive product performance tuning and architectural upgrades.
• Platform Engineering: Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development and maintenance of common components, middleware, and frameworks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality implementation of technical solutions; draft standardized design, technical, and API documentation.
• Operations & Monitoring: Monitor live system performance, identify root causes of issues, and provide rapid resolutions for production environment incidents.

Qualifications

• Education: 2026 or 2027 graduates. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
• Technical Foundations: Proficiency in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and Operating Systems principles (Process/Thread, Memory Management, I/O mechanisms).
• Mastery of Data Structures and Algorithms with a commitment to clean, high-quality code.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Golang and its concurrency models (Goroutines, Channels, Context, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with common databases and storage middleware (e.g., MySQL, Redis).
• Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking and a strong sense of Ownership; passionate about technology and exploring unknown fields.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
• Internship Requirements: Available for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
