About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable tutors to provide online academic support to students. You will deliver virtual small-group instruction (typically 1-4 students per session) in a supportive virtual environment, primarily focused on math achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual tutoring sessions with small groups of 1-4 students
• Follow provided lesson plans to support student progress
• Adapt to different learning styles and engage students effectively through virtual platforms
• Proactively communicate any schedule changes
• Maintain consistent weekday availability during the school semester

Requirements

• Must be located in select East Coast US states
• Ability to commit to consistent weekday hours with a fixed weekly schedule
• Strong subject knowledge in math
• Excellent communication and reliability skills
• Passion for education and engaging students online
• College student or candidate with teaching/tutoring experience preferred
