Your mission is to find exceptional domain experts—PhDs, researchers, academics, and senior industry practitioners—in fields like scientific computing, cybersecurity, finance, engineering, mathematics, and other specialized disciplines. This is not volume recruiting; it is precision hunting for the best minds in the world, and you are paid for outcomes.

What You'll Own

• Run targeted outbound sourcing campaigns to identify and engage hard-to-reach subject matter experts.
• Recruit specialists across priority domains including scientific computing, cybersecurity, quantitative finance, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, legal, and other highly technical fields.
• Source PhDs, researchers, professors, and experienced industry professionals for next-generation AI model projects.
