This role is designed for a strong marketing executor who can translate the founder’s vision into consistent campaigns, content distribution, lead-generation activity, and measurable business results. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in articulating Rikka Law’s unique value proposition, fostering lead generation, and driving the firm's vision forward.

What you’ll do:

• Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the founder to execute and enhance existing marketing strategies, coordinating initiatives across various channels.
• Social Media Management: Oversee all organic social media activities, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with strategic business goals. Manage social engagement, including monitoring comments/DMs and routing high-intent inquiries appropriately.
• Content Operations: Transform and distribute existing content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Marketing Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and guide adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on strategy execution and deliverables.
• Business Development Support: Facilitate lead generation activities and support business development efforts, potentially including event attendance and networking.
• Client Intake Support (Future Potential): Assist in evolving the client success program, enhancing engagement and onboarding processes.
• Light Recruiting Support: Aid in initial candidate screenings during peak hiring phases, not as a primary recruiter but as support to streamline processes.
• Value Proposition Communication: Clarify and communicate Rikka Law’s unique value proposition across all marketing channels.
