About the Role
The Intake Specialist role at DeChant Law is pivotal in transforming potential leads into committed clients. This position is focused on handling the intake process from initial contact to signing, thus playing a critical role in the growth of the firm. By bridging the gap between prospective clients and our legal services, you will ensure that individuals seeking help receive the necessary guidance and support, making a significant impact on our firm's effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Handling: Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls and acting as both the receptionist and salesperson for the firm.
- Full-Cycle Intake: Own the process from the initial call through signing, ensuring every lead is maximized for conversion.
- Consultative Sales Execution: Use high-level consultative sales skills to build trust, conduct consultations, and guide prospective clients toward hiring the firm.
- One-Call Close: Focus on closing leads during the first call to prevent drop-offs and maximize conversion.
- Call Screening and Qualification: Determine case fit and either close the client or schedule further consultation with an attorney when needed.
- Spanish-Speaking Client Handling: Communicate with and support Spanish-speaking clients to help grow this strategic segment of the firm.
- Appointment Scheduling & Handoff: Schedule consultations and hand off to attorneys as needed.
