About the role:

Customer Marketing Manager will support and scale our customer marketing efforts. This role focuses on elevating the voice of the customer through advocacy, storytelling, and engagement programs that highlight customer outcomes and value. The role works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Solution Engineering, Sales and the Partner Team to help bring customer stories to life and strengthen relationships by adding value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Your contribution:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive advocacy, retention, and growth.
  • Manage customer reference and testimonial programs to capture and amplify customer success stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and nurture customer advocates.
  • Create compelling content such as case studies, videos, and blog posts that showcase customer outcomes.
  • Plan and execute customer events, webinars, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer marketing strategies.
