GHL Specialist

Accountabilities

• • Build, configure, manage, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize GHL snapshots for consistent system deployment and management.
  • Configure backend integrations and connections with third-party platforms and tools.
  • Set up and manage triggers, campaigns, pipelines, forms, and automated processes.
  • Test automations thoroughly to ensure workflows function reliably and as intended.
  • Investigate and resolve workflow, integration, and platform-related technical issues.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize existing GHL systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for GHL-related requirements and initiatives.

  Requirements

  • Strong hands-on professional experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • In-depth understanding of GHL workflows, automations, snapshots, triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and forms.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring backend integrations and third-party connections.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work beyond basic platform navigation.
