About the role
Your Role
As a Tour Conductor, you will lead small groups (maximum 12/16 travelers) on 1–2 week tours across the Mediterranean area.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
Be the leader of your group, providing clear and engaging information about each destination, sharing your passion for Mediterranean cultures, and creating joyful, memorable experiences for travelers.
Plan & Prepare
Be well organized, know your daily itinerary in detail, and ensure smooth tour operations. Always be ready with a Plan B to adapt to unexpected situations. (The reservations are done by our Operations team of Gustoventura, so you won't have to book Hotels, transportation and accommodations yourself, we will give you all the info and ask for your cooperation in maintaining a good service from the customers. From time to time, with your approval, we will ask you to help with bookings on site).
Training & Briefings
Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings to be fully prepared for each tour.
Support & Communication
Assist travelers with their questions and needs, delivering excellent customer service—even in challenging situations.
Safety & Quality
Prioritize traveler safety and ensure that our local partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Handle Emergencies
Respond calmly and effectively to unforeseen challenges, following established procedures.
