This is a Berlin-based company that has been producing premium custom signage for some of Europe's most recognised brands since 2014 — across retail, hospitality, luxury, and tech. They have offices in both Berlin and Poland, a team that has grown steadily over the past decade, and a product that clients come back for. They have a structured sales environment, invest in training, and promote from within.
The Role
You'll be working with business clients across Europe, helping them find the right signage solution for their brand or space. Leads come in — your job is to consult, advise, and guide them through to a decision. An internal team handles all design and production once a deal is signed, so your focus stays on the client relationship and the close.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle through to close
- Understand each client's needs and recommend the right solution
- Build relationships that lead to repeat business over time
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date
- Work closely with internal teams to make sure client expectations are set correctly from the start
What We're Looking For
- Some background in sales, account management, or a client-facing role — B2B experience is a plus but not the only route in
- Native-level German is required
- Good English for internal communication
- Someone who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their work
- Comfortable learning a technical product — full training is provided
- Based in or able to commute to Berlin or Poland
