You’ll lead and support railroad and transportation projects nationwide, backed by geotechnical hubs in Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; and Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington, NC. Travel is required as needed to meet with clients and support project delivery.
The Impact You Will Have
- Lead complex geotechnical projects from concept through completion, managing budget, schedule, and quality.
- Oversee field explorations, subsurface investigations, laboratory testing, and construction observation.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and proposals that support project delivery and business development.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative geotechnical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance across projects.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

- Knowledge of transportation and railroad design and construction standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
