<div>Represent the company at industry events and conferences, build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and clients; and</div>

<div>Build strong relationships with affiliates, VIPs, and ecosystem partners to deepen OKX’s position as top 5 exchanges. Spearhead campaigns to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.</div>

<div>Recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact commercial team focused on affiliate management, BD growth, and VIP servicing.</div>

<div>Build a performance-driven culture that consistently exceeds targets.</div>

</li>

</ul>

<div>10+ years of leadership experience at a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform</div>

</li>

<div>Proven experiences of government relations and liaison with regulators in the region, including but not limited to licensing, supervisory reporting, and compliance matters.</div>

</li>

<div>Familiarity with related regulatory frameworks such as anti-money laundering (AML/CFT), data protection and VASP-related laws and regulations.</div>

</li>

<div>Fluent in Southeast Asian languages and English. Mandarin is an advantage.</div>

</li>

<div>Strong influencing and negotiation skills with external stakeholders</div>

</li>

<div>Hands-on experience working with regulators and leading licensing applications or acquisitions</div>

</li>

<div>Proven ability to operate in heavily regulated and competitive environments while driving growth.</div>

</li>

<div>Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-million dollar monthly revenue growth through BD and affiliate acquisition strategies.</div>

</li>

<div>Experience owning P&amp;L, setting market KPIs, and exceeding aggressive growth targets.</div>

</li>

<div>Willingness to travel as needed.</div>

</li>

</ul>
