What You'll Be Doing

• Own the initiative end-to-end as a business: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, and drive this initiative to become a core entry point into the platform with clear impact on member engagement, care access, and client outcomes.
• Run the operating system: Set goals and KPIs, establish a strong execution cadence, and ensure consistent tracking, prioritization, and delivery across all work streams.
• Drive product and clinical experience: Shape the end-to-end member experience from first interaction through guidance and routing, ensuring clarity, safety, and effectiveness.
