About the Role

We are looking for a strong manager to not just manage procurement but to build and develop a product or direction with high impact. We are not hiring for a specific project but an expert we are ready to invest resources, budgets, and management support in, so they can grow into a General Manager of a new or existing product.

We Are a Match If You

  • Have a strong background in user acquisition / performance marketing (5+ years) and work comfortably at a senior level of responsibility.
  • Have real experience building and scaling Meta user acquisition and can back it up with numbers: understand how to impact ROI, CPI, LTV, and maintain performance at scale.
  • Think strategically, see the whole system, and can turn individual campaigns into a stable growth direction.
  • Think beyond acquisition: interested in product, analytics, and business logic, and understand how user acquisition affects the company's growth pace.
  • Have worked with budgets of $500K+ monthly and complex campaign structures, understanding what a predictable and manageable result looks like.
  • Use AI tools to optimize user acquisition processes and creative production.
  • Make decisions based on data, not intuition: can connect CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV with product decisions and business profitability.
  • Take ownership of results: initiate decisions, form and test hypotheses, analyze results, and move the direction forward.
  • Combine a hands-on approach with leadership: can go into the ad account yourself, figure out the problem, and simultaneously build processes and a team for scaling.
  • Have leadership qualities: can be demanding about results while remaining empathetic and developing the people around you.
  • Are driven by fast pace, experiments, and constant growth, and feel comfortable in dynamics and uncertainty.
