This fully remote position supports the coordination of flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages while ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and confirm travel reservations for clients
Review booking details including dates, traveler information, and payment schedules
Communicate professionally with clients regarding itinerary updates and travel requirements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide support before departure and follow up after travel as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth booking processes
