Join a team that’s building the core digital infrastructure for a fast-growing staffing-tech platform. Our client is changing the game for small and mid-sized businesses, creating a fully automated marketplace where staffing requests, bookings, and invoicing all happen online.

Who We Need

We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) who doesn’t just write code, but actually shapes how AI-powered automation works in production. You’ll own parts of the backend, build AI-assisted features, and make sure things scale smoothly—no endless meetings, no “best practice” buzzwords unless they actually make sense.

Responsibilities

• Own parts of the backend development using Ruby on Rails
• Build and integrate AI-assisted features into the platform
• Ensure scalability and production readiness of the system
• Collaborate with the team on React and React Native frontend development
• Shape how AI-powered automation works in production

Requirements

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration in production
• Ability to work independently and own parts of the codebase
• Focus on practical solutions over buzzwords
