Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We are building a new technical team within Universe Group and are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who wants to create internal products and tools that have a real impact on the efficiency of teams and businesses.

What You'll Do

• Develop internal tools and features end-to-end
• Participate in designing technical solutions and architecture
• Interact with non-tech teams (research, HR, analysts) to refine requirements
• Help non-tech users with PR, automation, and usage of created solutions
• Ensure code quality, stability, and maintainability
• Improve technical approaches and engineering practices of the team
• Work with AI as part of the daily development workflow
• Help build enablement approaches for internal teams

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Experience with databases and APIs (REST / gRPC / tRPC)
• End-to-end ownership of features and products
• Understanding of basic architecture principles and writing maintainable code
• Use AI as a development tool (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or AI IDE)
• Ability to work with various stakeholders and non-tech teams
• Willingness to take ownership for results
• Desire to grow towards architecture and platform / enablement approaches
• Ability to balance delivery speed with solution quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / LLM in products
• Experience creating internal tools
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
