About the role

We are building a new technical team within Universe Group and looking for a Fullstack Engineer who wants to create internal products and tools that really impact the efficiency of teams and businesses. This role is with UniCore, the core of Universe Group, where you will work with internal products and tools for various teams — from hiring and research to analytics and automation solutions. This is a role with great ownership, fast delivery, and the ability to influence how teams work every day.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Experience with databases and APIs (REST / gRPC / tRPC)
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of features and products
• Strong in solution design and system architecture
• Use AI as a full-fledged development tool (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, AI IDE)
• Product mindset with focus on impact, not just implementation
• Ability to work with non-tech stakeholders, explain complex technical things simply
• Love ownership, proactivity, and an environment without excessive bureaucracy
• Ability to balance speed and quality

Nice to have

• Experience with AI / LLM in products
• Experience building internal tools or platforms
• Experience in startup or high-ambiguity environment

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-first internal platforms, tools, and integrations
• Collaborate with non-tech teams (research, HR, analysts) to implement their needs
• Help non-tech users create changes through PR, automation, and AI-assisted development
• Build guidelines, AI tools, and enablement processes
• Design systems that can scale with a large number of contributors
• Participate in product decisions and evaluate trade-offs between speed and quality
• Improve engineering workflows and team approaches
• Work with AI as part of ~90% of daily workflow
