Fullstack-Developer*in (m/w/d) Web & AI Automation

About the Role

Join NeoBird Digital as a Fullstack Developer and shape the digital future with modern web technologies and AI automation. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible remote options (up to 100% remote) and hybrid work possibilities from our Fürth office.

Responsibilities

• Web Experience: Develop performant web applications and responsive multi-device layouts that excel both technologically and visually
• AI Integration: Apply existing AI frameworks strategically to automate business processes and integrate innovative features into projects
• Smart Workflow: Leverage AI tools like Copilot and Cursor to enhance productivity and elevate code quality
• Teamplay: Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams on conception and implementation of sophisticated fullstack solutions

Requirements

• Experience: Professional/mid-level practical experience in web development. Multiple years of project experience is valued over formal education
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, backend development with Node.js, and frontend frameworks (React/Angular, HTML, CSS)
• Data & Operations: Working experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and foundational knowledge of Docker and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• AI Mindset: Strong affinity for AI automation and active engagement with LLMs and automation frameworks
• Soft Skills: Independent work ethic, clean documentation, fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
