Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, Python plus)

Accountabilities

• • Develop new features, reusable UI components, and responsive user experiences using React.
  • Build scalable backend APIs and services with Node.js, using REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
  • Contribute to data-driven microservices and backend capabilities, leveraging Python where appropriate.
  • Write, maintain, and improve unit tests to achieve strong test coverage and reliable application behavior.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and other collaborative development activities.
  • Work closely with designers, business analysts, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize application performance across front-end and backend layers to ensure responsive and efficient systems.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes while following established Git-based development workflows.
  • Help evaluate and implement modern technologies, development practices, and architectural improvements as project needs evolve.

  Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with React, including hooks, state management, component architecture, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Proven experience developing backend applications with Node.js, including REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and the ability to work effectively with different data-storage approaches.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and strong proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Strong understanding of software testing, code quality, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to participate confidently in technical discussions and produce clear technical documentation.
  • Python development experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI, or experience developing Python-based APIs and microservices, is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs is beneficial.
  • UX awareness and experience improving application performance are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational, multicultural, and distributed engineering environment.
