Full Stack Developer RD-018

Accountabilities:

• • Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements across the SaaS platform.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and the ongoing evolution of the application's software architecture.
  • Develop high-performing, scalable, secure, and stable solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to identify requirements, evaluate options, and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Participate actively in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, task estimation, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies, engineering tools, workflows, and CI/CD processes.
  • Use AI-powered development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and innovation.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and software engineering practices and assess opportunities to incorporate relevant improvements.
  • Help maintain a strong engineering culture centered on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer value.

  Requirements:

  • Degree or formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and React, with demonstrated full-stack development capabilities.
  • Experience with Git and established software development, version control, testing, and code quality practices.
  • Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, or Cursor is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in technical discussions, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work autonomously, organize priorities effectively, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong commitment to product quality and continuous improvement of both technical processes and customer-facing solutions.

  Benefits:
