We are looking for a Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement and is a developing contributor who partners with operations teams across fulfillment centers to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Working with guidance from senior CI professionals, this role applies Lean Six Sigma principles and structured problem-solving frameworks to drive measurable improvements in supply chain operations. This is a high-travel, hands-on role with significant time spent on the fulfillment center floor.
This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position will require travel up to 9 times per year, including to our Melville, NY headquarters up to 3 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities, as well as travel to our on-site fulfillment locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: $59,000 – $74,000 per year
