What You Might Work On

• Designing digital product experiences and marketing websites
• Creating visual systems and brand expressions across digital touchpoints
• Developing concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives
• Partnering with Creative Directors, Design Directors, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
• Collaborating with motion designers, strategists, writers, and technologists
• Building prototypes, motion studies, and presentation-ready design work
• Extending and documenting design systems and component libraries

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing digital products, websites, brands, or campaigns
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
• Experience presenting work and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful craft and problem-solving

What We Offer

The expected contract pay range: $50-110 per hour. Contract compensation is determined by location, experience, and skillset. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base). Benefits may be available in accordance with applicable law and company policy, including eligibility based on hours worked and duration of assignment.
