Freelance Presentation Designer

Accountabilities:

• • Design and refine professional presentation materials, with a strong focus on PowerPoint, ensuring polished, visually compelling, and consistent results.
  • Support ongoing event-related design projects taking place at various points throughout the year.
  • Apply strong visual design principles, attention to detail, and brand consistency across presentation deliverables.
  • Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders and adapt to different time zones and working environments as required.
  • Support event production activities where presentation design and technical expertise are required.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize presentation files to ensure accuracy, functionality, and professional quality.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Remain flexible regarding project schedules, remote collaboration, and potential international travel.

  Requirements:

  • Demonstrated professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a closely related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing presentation and visual design work; PowerPoint examples are strongly preferred.
  • Advanced or highly proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and strong general technical proficiency.
  • Excellent eye for design, composition, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate deliverables.
  • Comfortable working independently in a freelance and remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working remotely across different time zones when required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project-related events.
  • Must hold a valid Canadian or U.S. passport due to the travel requirements of the project.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a professional event environment.
