About the Role
We're building a curated network of talented freelance Graphic Designers that we can call upon for existing and future projects. When you apply to join our freelancer base, you will be evaluated and kept on file. You may not be contacted immediately. When a project matches your specific expertise, you’ll be invited to participate and can choose to accept or decline based on your availability.

Scope of Tasks
- Designing graphics for social media, providing creative concepts, conducting photoshoots, and art direction that align with our brand standards and messaging goals
- Developing graphics for internal initiatives (events, meetups etc)
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team
- Creating visuals for case studies
- Effectively managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and project requirements
- Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
- Creating animations
What Skills and Experience Do We Expect?
- 2/3+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc
- Experience in brand identity design
- Excellent sense of aesthetics and awareness of prevailing trends
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proactive attitude; you solve problems and figure things out
- Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects
- Knowledge and experience in working with AI
Nice to Have
- Experience in illustration/motion design would be an additional asset
