Cross ALM GmbH is a specialized SAP consulting firm focused on Application Lifecycle Management. We support our clients in implementing, operating, and developing their SAP ALM landscapes – from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle consulting and implementation tasks in ongoing customer projects around SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build
• Work across conception, customizing, process consulting (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Requirements-to-Deploy), rollouts, and operational support depending on project scope
• Collaborate closely with customers and in-house teams

Required Qualifications

• Multiple years of project experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Monitoring, BPMon, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of SAP Focused Build – ideally end-to-end covering Requirements, Solution Documentation, Test, and Release
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions and independent working style
• Fluent German and good English language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or validated environments (GxP, Computer System Validation, Change Control according to regulatory requirements)
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM or related ALM tools
